GENERAL PRODUCTION AREA:
Veneto region, North of Italy - Brazil
PREPARATION:
The main ingredients of Chocolate Liqueurs are the chocolate of course and some orange / red hot
pepper flavors giving these liqueurs a strong character for an easy and odd drink as they are.
Production is made through cold extraction and mixture of alcohol and sugar, after production they
stay for four months in steel barrels for refinement.
ALCOHOL CONTENT:
25% alc. By vol.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES:
Dark amber color. Delicate, attractive with distinctive scents. Sweet, smooth and liquor-like with
spicy notes for the hot pepper one. The aftertaste id persistent and delicate.
COLOR:
Dark-amber color
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Recommended serving temperature 16-18° Celsius or ice-cold.
