Chocolate
The Chocolate-Factory's handmade chocolates are made from Valrhona chocolate with a cocoa content of 56%. This chocolate is called Caraque and is made from the Trinitario cocoa bean added a bit of vanilla.
The Chocolate-Factory's marzipan is made from selected Spanish Valencia almonds and have an almond content of 60%.
Today the Chocolate-Factory is owned by Jens Juhl who still uses the old recipe when making the handmade quality chocolate.
Some call him the Choco-Desinger because he can design wealth of things out of chocolate.
