Valtellina Riserva Grumello D.O.C. 2005
I modsætning til den traditionelle Grumello, bliver Riserva lagt på barriques i 6 - 8 måneder og på kastaniefade fade i op til 36 måneder. Denne robuste, men fint strukturerede specialitet lavet af Nebbiolo druer, har en enestående balance mellem frugt og træ, hvilket gør den fremragende som tilbehør til lam, vildt, stegt kød og pasta med tomatsauce.

Smag: Fuld krop, vel afrundet
