Valtellina  D.O.C. 2007

Plozza er Vinotopias vinproducent i Lombardiet. De besidder marker i Valtellina dalen, som er Lombardiets bedste vinområde. Herfra produceres flere forskellige vine, bl.a. fra de to DOCG områder: Sassella og Grumello, samt specialiteten Sfurzato. Med stor erfaring bevæger Plozza sig mellem tradition og fornyelse, sidstnævnte kan bl.a. ses i deres prestigevine Passione og Numero Uno, hvor man benytter nye egefade (en sjældenhed i Valtellina).                     

Plozzas vine er for dem, der søger billigere alternativer til Barolo og Barbaresco, men stadig samme høje kvalitet.
